1. No Refund for Processed Services
Once a service request has been received and work has commenced (such as documentation, consultation, filings, or submissions on government portals), no refund shall be issued.
This includes services like:
- Income Tax Filing
- GST Registration and Returns
- Company or LLP Incorporation
- Trademark Applications
- Legal Drafting and Consultations
- Accounting or Bookkeeping tasks
These services require professional time and effort, and many involve non-refundable government or regulatory fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.
- Payment Made in Error: If you accidentally made payment for a service you did not intend to purchase, and no work has begun.
- Service Unavailability: If Taxshaala is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal limitations or eligibility mismatch, and no submission has been made.
3. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@taxshaala.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Order/Invoice Number
- Payment Method and Screenshot
- Reason for Refund Request
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banking systems.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- Government fees, stamp duties, and portal charges
- Payment gateway processing fees
- Any third-party fees already paid on your behalf
- Consultation fees for completed calls or email interactions
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service order and no work has started, you may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Any applicable refund will follow the eligibility and deductions mentioned above.
